GLUCOFACTS^® DELUXE diabetes management software offers you a simple solution to your blood glucose tracking needs. It helps simplify management by making it easy to track your blood glucose results and identify blood glucose level trends.

Just connect your compatible Bayer blood glucose meter to your computer using a Bayer USB cable. If you have Bayer's CONTOUR^® USB meter, you can plug it in without a cable. The easy-to-use interface will then lead you through the process, so you can download test results from your blood glucose meter to your computer and manage the data. GLUCOFACTS^® DELUXE diabetes management software will automatically recognize your blood glucose meter model and serial number and download your data, display settings and meal markers, so you can:

Auto-Print or Auto-View

Connect your blood glucose meter and select auto-setup, auto-print or auto-view. The blood glucose meter sends the data to your computer, creating reports to review or print. After downloading the results, you will be automatically directed to the logbook report.

View Reports

Available reports include summary, logbook, blood glucose trends, standard day and standard week. All reports have a data analysis table containing more detailed information.

Create PDFs

All reports can be printed as PDFs for you to review with your healthcare professional at your next appointment. These PDFs can also be saved to your PC, allowing you to email them to your healthcare team.

Customizable Settings

Customize settings Blood glucose ranges, high and low readings and daily time periods.

• Bayer's CONTOUR, BREEZE 2 or DIDGET meter and compatible USB cable; or Bayer's CONTOUR USB meter.
