How often can patients use their Contour® CHOICE card? Contour® CHOICE cards are valid for monthly test strip refills for up to 12 months of refills or until 12/31/2013, whichever occurs first.	Do patients need to use a meter from Bayer to take advantage of these savings? Yes, patients can only use their Contour® CHOICE card to get savings on test strips for blood glucose meters from Bayer.
